Requesting deletion
To request deletion of any personal information Recupli holds about you, including data imported from a connected Meta Ads, Google Ads or Google Calendar account, email support@recupli.com from the address associated with your request and state that you are asking for data deletion. Include your workspace name and the connected account or ad account, if applicable, so the request can be matched to the correct records.
What happens next
Recupli will confirm receipt of your request and delete the identified personal information from its active systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate record-keeping such as issued financial statements, within a reasonable time. Disconnecting a Meta Ads, Google Ads or Google Calendar account from your workspace’s Integrations page immediately stops further data access and revokes Recupli’s stored access or refresh token for that account; you can also revoke Recupli’s access directly from Meta’s Business Integrations settings or your Google Account’s Third-party access settings at any time.
Scope
This process covers data Recupli imports or stores about you. It does not delete data held by Meta or Google themselves, which is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
