Who is Producer Artist for?+
Independent producers and small music teams that need a trustworthy way to manage artists, catalog, agreements, royalty revenue, recoupment, statements and settlements.
What royalty files can I import?+
V1.1 supports CSV, XLS, XLSX and supported standard text-based PDFs. Every source is preserved before financial rows are created. Scanned or non-tabular files go to review rather than being guessed.
Does Recupli automatically decide matches?+
Only exact deterministic matches—such as ISRC, UPC, known catalog relationships or previously confirmed mappings—can validate automatically. Uncertainty remains visible for an authorized person.
Does every promotion cost become artist recoupment?+
No. Funding source, the effective agreement, approval and any shared allocation determine whether all, part or none of an expense enters recoupment.
Can I correct an issued statement?+
Yes, through a reissue or supersession. The original issued snapshot stays immutable so the history remains intact.
Does AI calculate or approve royalties?+
No. V1.1 has no operational AI dependency. Future assistance may suggest, but cannot approve agreements, alter authoritative splits, issue settlements or rewrite financial history.
How many plans and prices are available here?+
Producer Artist is one complete product with three payment terms: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Their current prices and billing periods are read from the database rather than hard-coded into this website.
Is there a free account for artists?+
Yes. Artists can join Recupli free to get a Recupli Artist ID, accept connection requests from producers and labels, confirm the songs they are credited on and sign split sheets. See the For artists page.
Do artists need a Producer Artist plan?+
No. Producer Artist is for people who run a production and royalty business. An artist who later starts producing keeps the same account, ID and history when they add a workspace.
Is the workspace open for sign-in?+
The public sign-in path is prepared, but access remains unavailable until the backend has completed staging validation and is explicitly released.
