Public-site data
This public site is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. It has no advertising tracker or embedded third-party marketing pixel.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, Recupli receives the name, email address, optional phone and organization, and the message you enter, together with the terms and privacy versions you acknowledged. This is used only to reply to your inquiry and is held in Recupli’s internal support system. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than an automated script is submitting it; Turnstile may process connection data for that purpose. To limit abuse, a short-lived, salted hash of your connection is kept for one hour and is not linked to your identity.
Essential browser storage
The site stores your cookie preference in your browser so the notice does not repeatedly appear. This is essential local storage and is not used to identify you across websites.
Pricing lookup
The pricing page makes a read-only request to Recupli’s database for the active Producer Artist offer. The request does not require an account and does not expose private subscription or customer records.
Recupli accounts and marketing emails
When you create a Recupli account, whether a free Artist Access account or a Producer Artist workspace, Recupli records that you accepted these Terms and this Privacy Notice, which versions you accepted, and when. You are also asked whether you would like product news, tips and offers by email. That choice is optional and is off unless you tick it. You can change it at any time from your account settings, and every change is kept as a dated record. Recupli sends marketing email only to people whose latest choice is yes, and stops when you opt out or ask to be added to the do-not-email list. Emails needed to run your account, such as signing requests and security notices, are not marketing and are always sent. Recupli does not sell your email address.
Workspace accounts
When authenticated workspace access is released, account and financial data will be governed by additional workspace terms and access controls. The public site does not currently collect workspace credentials.
Advertising data (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
For producers and labels on a Producer Professional or Label plan who connect a Meta Ads or Google Ads account, Recupli requests read-only access to campaign metadata and spend through the Meta Marketing API or Google Ads API. This data is used solely to reconcile promotional spend against contractual recoupment terms and to show promotion-versus-royalty timelines inside the workspace. Access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in isolated, non-public storage (Supabase Vault) and are never exposed to the browser. Recupli does not use this access to create, edit or manage ad campaigns, and imported ad data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. A workspace owner can disconnect a Meta Ads or Google Ads account at any time from the workspace’s Integrations page or from the provider’s own account settings, which revokes Recupli’s access and stops further data imports.
Calendar data (Google Calendar)
For producers and labels on a Producer Professional or Label plan who connect a Google Calendar account, Recupli requests access to read and create calendar events, plus the connected account’s email address to show which account is linked. This is used only to sync studio sessions and release dates between Recupli and that calendar. Recupli does not read calendar settings, other calendars’ sharing permissions, or any data beyond individual events. Refresh tokens are stored server-side in isolated, non-public storage (Supabase Vault) and are never exposed to the browser. A workspace owner can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the workspace’s Integrations page or from the provider’s own account settings, which revokes Recupli’s access.
Future analytics
If optional analytics are added, they should remain disabled until consent is given where consent is required. This notice will be updated to identify the provider, purpose and retention period.
Your choices
You can clear site storage through your browser at any time. Before commercial launch, Recupli should add the appropriate business identity, privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific rights language following legal review.
